Thanks so much for taking the time to share your feedback, Nikolay.

We're glad to hear that you liked the rug initially! 😊

At the same time, we're sorry to hear that you've been experiencing excessive fluff coming off the rug after just one week. 😔 We completely understand how frustrating that must be, especially when it's affecting your cleaning routine.

We take this concern very seriously and would like to look into this further. Your feedback is really valuable to us and we'll pass it along to the right team so we can investigate what might be causing this issue and how we can improve our products going forward.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us – feedback like this really helps us get better! 💙

Dziękujemy za Pańską opinię, Dario.

Cieszymy się, że wygląd dywanu Pani odpowiada! 😊
