This allows you to choose the mattress that exactly meets your personal needs. Both the H2 and H3 firmness levels feature 300 springs per m², with H2 having narrower springs. Mattresses with a firmness level of H2 therefore offer a light to medium firmness. The H2 mattresses adapt optimally to your sleeping position and ensure a restful sleep. In contrast, mattresses with a firmness level of H3 are firmer, thus providing a stable lying surface for stronger support of the spine. You have the choice: - Firmness level H2: soft to medium lying sensation, recommended for a body weight of approx. 50 - 80 kg - Firmness level H3: medium to firm lying sensation, recommended for a body weight of approx. 80 kg It may take some weeks for your body to adjust to a new mattress.
