The LCD display on the control knob shows the selected speed, a forward counter in manual mode and a reverse counter in automatic programs. The vacuum pump included in the scope of delivery removes the air from the jug to avoid contact with the ingredients and reduce oxidation. This way, nutrients are preserved, colours become brighter, flavours more intense and textures smoother.
