The light, sculptural CH33P is based on ideas and shapes that are typical of Wegner's best designs. The chair was designed in 1957 for Carl Hansen & Søn and was produced for ten years. After a break of around 45 years, production was resumed in 2012. The design of the CH33P is characterised by its strong character and clear, organic shapes. The height, depth and angle of the elegant chair are carefully coordinated with the user, and the dimensions of the wood are selected according to the aspects that Wegner considered to be decisive. The characteristic curved backrest is made of moulded veneer and has visible, round caps. The wooden construction of the chair is dynamic and therefore ideal for modern interiors. Made in Denmark
