The EM77 thermal carafe, designed by Erik Magnussen and made in Denmark since 1977, with its one of a kind tip-up lid, is a design icon that is known and loved all over the world. The carafe can be used for coffee and tea. Its insulating glass insert ensures that the drink stays hot for many hours - or cold if the carafe is used for iced tea, for example. In addition to the tip-up lid, there is also a picnic screw cap, which ensures that the carafe, including its contents, can be transported easily. The EM77 carafe is designed to last a lifetime, as all parts can be replaced if they break. This extends the life of the carafe, which is good for the environment.

Instructions
Please don't use wire brushes to clean the glass insert. The glass walls are sensitive, scratches can cause the bottle to break during later use. To avoid extreme temperature fluctuations that can cause the glass insert to break, the thermal carafe should be preheated with hot water before hot liquids are filled. After use, the glass insert should only be cleaned with clear water. Not dishwasher safe.
