The authentic COBRA table lamp is one of Greta M. Grossman's most iconic designs. The table lamp was originally designed in the 1950s and owes its name to the shape of the oval shade, which is reminiscent of the neck of a cobra. Due to its groundbreaking design, the COBRA table lamp won the Good Design Award in the same decade and was subsequently exhibited at the Good Design Show at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York. The COBRA table lamp is a classic and yet one of a kind lamp that can be bent in all directions with its flexible tubular arm, allowing the shade to be rotated 360º. This creates a variety of lighting options, whether for the desk or for soft light in the living room. The lamp has a toggle switch on the lamp with which it can be switched on and off.
