Alpaca is naturally water-repellent. Its fine fibres make the fabric particularly soft and light. It warms and protects against the cold and moisture, is very durable and elastic. In addition, alpaca is free of lanolin and is therefore hypoallergenic.
The blanket is woven from fantastically soft and durable alpaca and sheep wool. Weaving textiles from alpaca is a tradition that goes back to the country of origin of the fibres - Peru. The fibres of the alpaca are softer, more durable and warmer than those of other natural textiles.
The blanket hardly pills and will look good for many years. The alpaca and sheep wool blankets are made from sustainable raw materials.
