Details

This is an archetypical chair by Form & Refine – a chair made completely out of wood. The extraordinarily shaped seat inspired by the human body supports a good comfort. In addition, the solid organically shaped backrest gives the chair a minimalistic and personal feature. There are no visible screws. It is made of local certified wood. The chair is upholstered with the classic woollen textile Hallingdal 65 in an updated colour scale and a traditional pattern. The textile is a blend consisting of 70% new wool and 30% viscose. The wool provides exceptional durability and flexibility, whilst the viscose lends brilliance and depth to the colour. Both materials are dyed before they are spun, which highlights the rich texture of the fabric. The textile Hallingdal was developed in partnership with Kvadrat. Design by Jonas Herman, Herman Studio Form & Refine is a Danish design brand that celebrates materials, form and sustainability equally. Their pure materials are carefully selected from around the world and skillfully crafted locally using time-honored traditions. The brand sees design as an artistic expression but equally as a functional object that never compromises on quality.

Instructions

The product is supplied fully assembled and is ready to use immediately after unpacking. Our tip: Make sure your upholstered furniture is not exposed to direct sunlight! Fabrics are sensitive to light and can fade over time. The covers are not removable. Light soiling can be easily removed with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a commercial fabric cleaner.
