Yes, Baby Carrier Mini is simple to put on and take off, making it perfect for frequent, short babywearing sessions. Its clever design means that you can unfasten the entire front section to gently lift out your sleeping baby. When can I start using Baby Carrier Mini? You can use Baby Carrier Mini from the day your baby is born — its softness and small size make it ideal to pack in your hospital bag! Does Baby Carrier Mini provide my baby with good support? Yes, the soft fabrics gently hug your baby’s back, legs and hips, and provide good support. You can check your newborn’s position and the natural curve of their back through the fabric with your hands. Baby Carrier Mini also offers sturdy and adjustable head support. Can I carry my child in both the facing-in and facing-out positions in Baby Carrier Mini? Yes, you can! Please remember that the leg straps should be used to reduce the size of the leg openings for babies between 3.2 and 4.5 kg (7 and 10 lbs). When you carry your baby in the facing-out position, they should be at least five months old. When will my child outgrow Baby Carrier Mini? Baby Carrier Mini is safety tested for the first twelve months. Our recommend weight is until the baby reaches around 8 kg (15 lbs). While the carrier is safety tested up to 11 kg and 75 cm (24 lbs and 29.5 in), it’s most comfortable for the wearer up to 8 kg (15 lbs). Why is the recommended weight less than the safety tested limit? Baby Carrier Mini is designed especially for newborns and the early months – soft, cosy and easy to use. As your baby grows, a carrier with more back support is often more comfortable for the wearer, which is why we recommend Mini up to around 8 kg (15 lbs). However, Mini is thoroughly safety tested and approved for use up to 11 kg (24 lbs) according to our high safety standards. Why should I choose a baby carrier from BabyBjörn?
